ISB's employees and partner companies are obliged by us to maintain confidentiality and to comply with the data protection regulations and our policy.

We have taken the technical and organisational measures which ensure that the data privacy and protection regulations are observed by us and by external service providers. Our precautions are constantly updated in line with technological advances.

When visiting our website, our webservers will log, for example, the IP address of your internet service provider, the websites you visited prior to coming to this site, the pages you view at this site along with date and time of the visit. This information will be evaluated for statistical purposes and to enhance our Internet presence. Anonymous data will not be matched to or used to link it with identifiable personal information.

Cookies do not store any personal data either.

Personal data will be saved only if you indicate this yourself. We only collect, process and use personal data to the extent this is required in order to perform a service offered. Furthermore, we will use this data, if need be, beyond the purpose stated in each case in the special contact form if you have given your consent.

We only use your personal information for our own internal purposes in conjunction with customer relations and do not transfer or disclose it to third persons without your prior express consent to do so.

Personal data will only be collected and transferred to governmental institutions and authorities entitled to be informed in connection with mandatory legal provisions or if we are obliged by court order.

Communication by e-mail is usually unencrypted. It cannot be avoided that parties involved in the transmission may take note of the contents of an e-mail. The unencrypted transmission is comparable to sending by postcard.

You can therefore use the possibility of transmitting confidential information using one of the common methods of encryption. If you have any questions, please feel free to refer to your contact person at the ISB.
